RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

The new RMA procedure for obtaining the authorization to return material is NOW ON.

What is an R M A number?

With the attribution of an R M A number (Return Merchandise Authorization), Tecsystem authorizes the customer to return the product. The reasons for return can be:
1) return for repair
2) return for credit (*)
Thanks to the RMA number, company and customer can at any time identify the repair process and check the status.
(*) the return for credit is valid only for: functioning products, mistakenly purchased directly from Tecsystem, no later than 30 days from the date of shipment.

Who can request the RMA number?

Customers who have purchased a Tecsystem product and who need to return the product for one of the reasons listed above.

How to start the RMA procedure?

  • The customer now has two methods available to proceed with obtaining the RMA number: Through the website (www.tecsystem.it): click on the “support” item in the main menu (after logging in), then “RMA requests”. The registered user has the advantage of having to fill in only the fields related to the product to be returned, since his data are already recognized by the system (and pre-filled).
  • By telephone call: by calling +39024581861 the operator in the company will collect the customer’s request and data, starting the RMA request procedure.

What is needed to request the RMA number?

  • The data shown on the product identification label: product code, series, S / N.
  • A description of the identified fault / anomaly
    The purchase document (if the product was not purchased directly from Tecsystem)

What to do after receiving the RMA authorization

The customer authorized will receive a confirmation email (like the one below); he must print it and apply it to the outside of the package with which he will send the material for repair.

ATTENTION: all returned materials must be accompanied by a transport document indicating the purpose.

With the shipment of the goods the customer declares: to be the owner of the product sent, to accept the Regulation Repairs (read more), to accept the RMA Procedure (read more), to accept the privacy policy (read more) and that the product is not obsolete (> 60 months from the purchase date).
