TECSYSTEM Srl will in no case collect data referred to  Art. 9 and 10 – EU Regulation 679/2016.

• The data transferred on extra-European territory will be managed directly by the appointed Managers, applying all the provisions of the EU Regulation 679/2016, including standard contractual clauses, and the directives of the Data Controller under its direct control

The data may also be disclosed to third parties responsible for maintaining the website by the Owner and under his supervision. No personal data acquired from the website will be disseminated. No data profiling activities are performed.
