Tecsystem: the administration department takes the floor

Andrea Rizzi, Annalisa Landolfi, Gabriele Maiocco and Alessandra Abate are the ‘fantastic 4’ (strictly in random order) who, at Tecsystem, take care of the administration area, with Sonia Marani as Management Control Manager.
Simonetta Casamassima joins the team as a receptionist: let's meet them all!

Andrea Rizzi
management control assistant

Working alongside Sonia in management control, Andrea arrived a year and a half ago, precisely to support the growth of the company and the increased needs of the department.
‘During my job interview, I was struck by the importance the company attributed to my department: this only happens if you are project-oriented and structured. Our work puts the company in a position to make informed decisions and that is why it is crucial.’
‘The way for us to grow is the one we are already applying: we work on increasing collaboration between departments, making everyone aware of the importance of data and the necessity of sharing it. We are already used to doing this but we continue to improve.’

Annalisa Landolfi
administration manager

Annalisa, before joining Tecsystem nine years ago, followed the company from the outside as a collaborator in an external accountancy firm.
‘From the inside, everything is different,’ she explains. ‘Today I deal with all aspects of accounting, from the financial side to the human resources side where I support Elisabetta in her role as HR Manager. But my job is also to automate, improve and streamline processes for maximum financial efficiency.’

Gabriele Maiocco
affiliate communication referent

Gabriele has a particular company history: he worked at Tecsystem for 5 years, from 2007 to 2011, and then returned to the company in 2019 to take care of production and internal order management.
For the past year and a half he has been in charge of the 5 companies associated with Tecsystem around the world: ‘my task is to put these companies in the optimum conditions to perform at their best in their countries, with different target markets and production specifications. These are companies with different histories: some have been with us for more than a decade, with others we have been working for a shorter time; therefore, updates must be constant and customised’.
You might think that Gabriele's job is very individual, but he explains that: ‘’my job is a team work because the information I have to deliver to the subsidiaries is the result of an internal collection and analysis, made from many departments of Tecsystem. Sharing is precisely the strength of this company, which has made me proud every day, but especially on two occasions: when it welcomed me in 2007 and when it welcomed me back in 2019'.

Alessandra Abate
administrative worker

Alessandra has been working at Tecsystem for about 20 years, and she describes the changes that have taken place in her role: recruited as a receptionist, she then moved on to work in the warehouse and then, about 10 years ago, to the administration office.
Here, too, growth continued unabated: ‘compared to a decade ago, there has been an increase in automation, in the availability of IT tools that allow us to have large amounts of data in real time. It is an advantage for us and for customers, who get precise and immediate answers.’

Simonetta Casamassima
receptionist

Simonetta has been Tecsystem's receptionist since 2007, and says that from her first meeting with the company ‘it was love at first sight. Of course, as in all relationships, the beginnings can be complex: I am shy and I was not used to a role that put me in frontline with customers. It was a challenge I accepted and won because today I wouldn't change my job for anything in the world.
I like to deal with colleagues and guests, to take care of everyone and to welcome everyone and say good morning’.

Even from the administration office comes a feeling of development, proactivity and collaboration.
Some values, at Tecsystem, are truly shared by everyone.
