2025 Beyond Expectations: +20% Over Budget and New International Milestones
Cesare Campisi, Group Managing Director and current CEO of the Italian headquarters, looks back at the past year and outlines plans for 2026.
2025 closed with results exceeding all forecasts for Tecsystem. "We surpassed our budget targets—already ambitious—by 20%," says Cesare Campisi. An achievement that reflects a booming sector.
Tecsystem Americas: Production in Mexico by June 2026
The big news: a new production hub in Mexico. Thanks to Andrea Lorusso's willingness to relocate, Tecsystem Americas will become the reference point for the entire American continent—South, Central, and North—alongside the Brazilian headquarters, which operates exclusively in the local market.
The goal is ambitious: to have Mexican production operational by June 2026.
"This will allow our customers to significantly reduce shipping and import costs from Europe," Campisi explains. This strategic move comes at a crucial time: the North American market has recently adopted resin transformers, progressively replacing oil-filled units. "For us, resin has always been our core business. South America is now embracing this market, and we've been ready for a long time."
Europe: Revenue Doubled in Three Years
European regulations requiring 70% of energy from renewable sources by 2030 are driving massive investments across the continent. Central and Southern Europe, including Italy, are racing to meet these targets through wind, hydroelectric, and photovoltaic projects.
"In three years, we've doubled our European revenue," Campisi emphasizes. "And we have at least four more years of certain growth ahead." To manage this expansion, Tecsystem is strengthening its team with experienced professionals—such as Dr. Marco Pizzoli as CFO, capable of handling complex contracts with demanding government entities and major clients—and by promoting existing talent, including Marco Calevro, current COO, and Clara Cerri, Head of Procurement, who have proven their mettle.
Spain: New Representative Office in Madrid
Among the 2026 developments is the opening of an office in Madrid, entrusted to Massimo Biasin. A choice reflecting the growing importance of the Iberian market in the European renewable energy landscape and the commitment to providing Spanish customers with direct, dedicated support.
New Spaces for Growth
Expansion isn't limited to foreign markets. The Italian headquarters has grown with a new adjacent warehouse facility, which will house expanded storage and a new showroom with conference room—a space designed to welcome visits from selected customer groups, host events, and share product innovations.
Trade shows remain a priority: in 2026, Tecsystem will attend the main industry exhibitions worldwide. "Trade shows have become central again. Meeting, exchanging ideas, talking face to face: customers expect it, and we need to be there."
A Thank You to the Team
Closing thoughts from Campisi go to the entire Tecsystem Group, nearly 100 people worldwide.
"Without their support and professionalism, none of this would be possible. I know I'm demanding, but the results speak for themselves."
The world is moving toward growing demand for sustainable and reliable energy. Tecsystem stands alongside players worldwide in this important transition.
